1.What we need from you
You provide
- Valid passport original for inspection; copies must be certified
- Criminal record extract from your home country with us not older than 3 months; apostille + certified translation; we can arrange it
- For craft or regulated trades: proof of professional qualification free trades need no proof; foreign diplomas with apostille + translation
- Power of attorney for migrant.sk with us our template; signature certified (or signed at the foreign police)
We arrange
- Registered address: lease allowing business use or owner’s consent included: we arrange an address anywhere in Slovakia for 2 years
- Fee: €7 per free trade, €22 per craft/regulated (electronically €0 / €11) we file electronically

- 1 ConsultationWe choose the business activities and check whether you can be a sole trader under your residence.
- 2 Registered addressWe arrange an address anywhere in Slovakia for 2 years and prepare the owner’s consent.
- 3 DocumentsCriminal record extract (from Ukraine and Slovakia as applicable), ID, translations.
- 4 Trade registrationWe file the notification at the trade office and obtain the certificate.
- 5 StartYou get the certificate, ID number and an explanation of duties: tax office, insurers, accounting.
