1.What we need from you
You provide
- Valid passport original for inspection; copies must be certified
- Director’s criminal record extract from home country with us not older than 3 months; apostille + certified translation
- Share capital of at least €5,000 by the capital administrator’s declaration, no need to block it in a bank
- Power of attorney for migrant.sk with us our template; signature certified (or signed at the foreign police)
We arrange
- Deed of association, capital administrator declaration, director’s specimen signature we prepare it; signatures certified (notary or registry office)
- Registered seat: property owner’s consent or lease included: seat for 2 years anywhere in Slovakia
- Court fee for the commercial register €220 (since 1 Apr 2024, electronic only), trade licence as for sole trader filed electronically via a lawyer/us

- 1 ConsultationName, business activities, managers and shareholders, share capital. We check what your residence allows.
- 2 Registered addressWe arrange an address anywhere in Slovakia for 2 years.
- 3 Founding documentsWe prepare the memorandum or deed, declarations and signatures at a notary or online.
- 4 Trades and registrationWe register the trades and file the entry into the commercial register.
- 5 Company startAfter registration we handle the tax office registration and set up accounting.
