This notice explains how Migrant.sk s.r.o. processes the personal data of website visitors and clients in line with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

What data we process and why
Questionnaire and request. Questionnaire answers, phone or e-mail, name (if provided), language and technical data about the visit. Purpose: prepare your plan, contact you and deliver the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract.
Client or partner account. Name, e-mail, password (stored only as a hash), phone, request history, uploaded documents, referral code. Purpose: access to results, case status and documents. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Messenger communication. When you communicate via Telegram or WhatsApp we process the message content and your account identifier in that service. The terms of those services are set by their operators.
Service delivery. Documents required by authorities (passport, certificates, contracts, powers of attorney). Purpose: preparing and filing applications. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.
AI assistant. Questionnaire answers are processed by an automated assistant that prepares a summary for our assistant and an explanation for you. It makes no decisions about you; it only drafts text that a human reviews.
Institution form. Name, organisation, e-mail, phone and message. Purpose: answering the enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
Who we share data with
- the CRM system (KeyCRM) where client requests are managed,
- the AI service provider (Anthropic) for preparing summaries, without use for model training,
- hosting (Websupport), messenger and e-mail providers,
- authorities to which we file applications on your behalf, sworn translators and partners who obtain documents from abroad,
- partners who referred you see only that a request arrived and its status, not your contact details.
We do not transfer data outside the EU except to the AI service provider, which has contractual safeguards under the GDPR.
How long we keep data
Questionnaire results 30 days from creating the link; requests and documents for the duration of the service and then for the period required by law (accounting and tax rules, usually 10 years); the account for as long as it exists; uploaded documents are deleted on request or after the case is closed.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send requests to help@migrant.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office, Hraničná 12, Bratislava.
Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies for login and the questionnaire. We do not use marketing cookies.
