2.What we need from you
You provide
- 2 identity documents (passport + ID card or residence card) required by the lawyer to authorise the transfer agreement; originals for inspection, certified copies
- New director’s criminal record extract from home country with us not older than 3 months; apostille + translation
- Power of attorney for migrant.sk with us our template; signature certified (or signed at the foreign police)
We arrange
- Specimen signature and consent to appointment as director prepared by a lawyer, signature certified
- New seat: owner’s consent or lease (if changing) we can arrange it
- Share transfer agreement and registration of changes (included, incl. fees except regulated and craft trades) lawyer; transfer confirmation and accounting documents delivered digitally
3.Ready-made companies available now
All are VAT payers with no liabilities or history. The price is final and includes the share transfer, change of director and seat, and commercial register fees. After you order, we reserve the company and a lawyer prepares the transfer agreement.

→How it works
- 1 Consultation and choiceWe check what your residence allows and show you the ready-made VAT-registered companies the partner lawyer has available (usually 3 to choose from).
- 2 ReservationAfter payment we reserve the company for you, nobody else can take it.
- 3 Documents with usWe collect all documents and details from you: new name, registered address, manager, shareholders, business activities. All changes and court and administrative fees (stamps) are included in the price, except regulated and craft trades.
- 4 Transfer at the lawyerWe send the documents to the lawyer, who prepares and files the share transfer and the changes in the commercial register.
- 5 HandoverThe lawyer sends the transfer confirmation and all accounting and company documents to us digitally, we hand them to you and set up accounting.
