How much do your services cost?
Indicative “from” prices are in the price list. You see the exact price for your situation at the end of the questionnaire, after leaving a contact. State fees are listed separately.
Are you lawyers?
No. We are an assistance company: we prepare documents, file applications and accompany you at the authorities. If a matter needs a lawyer, we tell you.
Do you guarantee the outcome?
The authority always decides. We are responsible for a correct, complete and timely prepared filing. You always know the status of your case.
Do you work across all of Slovakia?
Yes. The office is in Košice, most matters are handled online, and for filing we arrange accompaniment or a power of attorney.
Which languages do you speak?
Ukrainian, Russian, Slovak and English, in messengers, by phone and in person.
How fast do you reply?
You can write to us any time; we usually reply within a few hours on working days.

Is the first consultation free?
We'll briefly point you in the right direction for free in a message. A consultation where we go through your documents and you get a precise plan is paid: 30 minutes €50, 60 minutes €100. For loans, insurance and mortgages the consultation is free.
When is the appointment confirmed?
You suggest a time, we confirm it or suggest another. It is binding once paid – by card immediately, by bank transfer once the payment arrives. An unpaid appointment is released after 24 hours.
How does an online consultation work?
Via Google Meet. You get the link after payment in the appointment confirmation; a phone or computer with a camera is enough.

§Mortgage for a home
Will a bank grant a mortgage to someone with temporary protection?
It depends on the bank, your income and work history. Some banks do consider such applications. The preliminary assessment shows your realistic options; it is free and non-binding.
How much does your help cost?
It is free for the client. The bank pays the broker after the agreement is signed.
Is the preliminary assessment a bank decision?
No. The preliminary estimate is not the bank's final decision on granting the loan. The final terms are set by the bank after checking the documents.
