How much do your services cost?
Indicative “from” prices are in the price list. You see the exact price for your situation at the end of the questionnaire, after leaving a contact. State fees are listed separately.
Are you lawyers?
No. We are an assistance company: we prepare documents, file applications and accompany you at the authorities. If a matter needs a lawyer, we tell you.
Do you guarantee the outcome?
The authority always decides. We are responsible for a correct, complete and timely prepared filing. You always know the status of your case.
Do you work across all of Slovakia?
Yes. The office is in Košice, most matters are handled online, and for filing we arrange accompaniment or a power of attorney.
Which languages do you speak?
Ukrainian, Slovak and English, in messengers, by phone and in person.
How fast do you reply?
You can write to us any time; we usually reply within a few hours on working days.
