1.What we need from you
You provide
- Foreign driving licence (original) + certified translation with us Ukraine: exchange without a test if the licence is valid
- Passport and residence card
- Medical fitness certificate (if the traffic inspectorate requires) with us
- Power of attorney for migrant.sk with us our template; signature certified (or signed at the foreign police)
We arrange
- Fee per current tariff; photo taken on site

- 1 CheckWe check your licence, residence and whether a medical examination is needed.
- 2 DocumentsLicence, translation, residence document, photo, doctor’s certificate.
- 3 FilingWe file the application at the traffic inspectorate and accompany you.
- 4 New licenceWe help collect the Slovak driving licence.
