- Power of attorney (if we handle it) or in person at post office / IOMO with us fee €4.90 at the post office (IOMO), €3 electronically; issued on the spot

- 1 DetailsCopy of ID and residence details.
- 2 RequestWe request the Slovak criminal record extract at the post office or electronically.
- 3 HandoverWe hand you the extract or attach it to the residence application.
